When I started reading this I felt queasy because I kind of new that Hiroki would break Miura s heart He really is a calculating prick and it was hard to read about the way Hiroki acted and to see how Miura is hurting He realises that he feelsfor Miura than for his former lovers but he still hurls insults at him and, like his brother points out to him, he simply takes but never gives He kind of doesn t know better because he had a poor excuse of rolemodel in his father when he was a kid When I started reading this I felt queasy because I kind of new that Hiroki would break Miura s heart He really is a calculating prick and it was hard to read about the way Hiroki acted and to see how Miura is hurting He realises that he feelsfor Miura than for his former lovers but he still hurls insults at him and, like his brother points out to him, he simply takes but never gives He kind of doesn t know better because he had a poor excuse of rolemodel in his father when he was a kid, but that isn t really an excuse, you know Towards the end it still felt like Hiroki is only miserable because Miura wouldn t come around any to cook for him or to give him all his attention This was probably intended to belike him finally and irrevocably realising that he really cares for him as a person but that didn t come across quite that well So when they were reunited it kind of left a bad taste in my mouth that wasn t completely dissolved in the end I should point out that there was a non con scene, too.It really hurt reading about those two and I had a tear in my eye a few times.I liked the art.3.5 stars These are characters you love, hate, and then love again At first Hiroki was okay, but what he does to Miura later in the book is horrible, and I absolutely hated him And my heart at first broke for Akio when he says he s fallen for Miura But that resolves itself I m glad Miura grew a backbone and defended himself, and when everything works out in the end, I was happy for the characters because everyone had changed It s kind of rare to see so much character development in a yaoi manga, but These are characters you love, hate, and then love again At first Hiroki was okay, but what he does to Miura later in the book is horrible, and I absolutely hated him And my heart at first broke for Akio when he says he s fallen for Miura But that resolves itself I m glad Miura grew a backbone and defended himself, and when everything works out in the end, I was happy for the characters because everyone had changed It s kind of rare to see so much character development in a yaoi manga, but there really was quite a bit with this characters Coupled with the lovely art and this was a great volume kindle edition Player meets his match in cute Miura But will he have to fight his brother Akio for Miura s affections 4.5 stars Me encant esta historia donde uno de los protagonistas es un ego sta, inmaduro, playboy que se enamora por primera vez Todo un anti heroe I actually wouldn t mind readingof these characters I think the younger brother should ve gotten to be in the spotlight a littlesince the main character is seriously a jerk. {Read} ⚣ A Liar in Love ⚡ Hiroki is a consummate playboy Bouncing from one lover to the next, he bandies the words I love you around as a catchphrase to get his partners to do whatever he demands in bed But a single phone call changes it allWhen his younger brother Akio, a chef in training at a Japanese restaurant, calls and asks him for advice on how to help a friend get over a recent breakup, Hiroki s interest is piqued And when Akio vehemently warns him to stay away from heartbroken Miura, Hiroki takes it as a challengeUnaware of the consequences of playing with fire, Hiroki begins his game of seduction But there s something about the silent and simple Miura that seems to pull at Hiroki s heartstrings Could it be that the master manipulator has stumbled into the unfamiliar realm of love this cute
