This book is great for changing your thought process and how you see your self It comes with an easy to follow exercise program Also included is a food plan with easy to follow recipes and a grocery list to save you the time and effort needed to plan everything I love how easy it is to follow the plan with little prep needed from the reader. A good book for people that have little physical preparation For me it wasn t so extraordinary I enjoyed seeing her workout and eating habits She gives a specific routine for both eating and working out This book lead me to look up her routines on YouTube which I enjoy.
