Avid ReaderI read this book when it was first published, but I didn t write a review Colonel Fitzwilliam s son Matthew is a cad who cheats on his wife, a woman who is a seriously spoiled brat Harry acknowledged his child in the previous book Celeste married a wealthy man with a title and gave birth to Harry s daughter The man knows it, and doesn t want a repeat of the same if he marries Alice Book three funds Alice married to Harry. @EPUB ç Wives and Lovers é In Wives and Lovers , the third book of the Pride and Prejudice Family Saga Series, the children of cousins and friends, Fitzwilliam Darcy and Colonel Richard Fitzwilliam, have grown into adulthood, finding themselves facing the usual adult joys and sorrows love, marriage, sex, betrayal, bereavement, mishap, humor, tears and, children of their own a grandparent s best revenge Pride and Prejudice initially continued with Darcy and Fitzwilliam, first book of the series and the first ever Austen Bromance where we followed the young couple of Darcy and Elizabeth, and his best friend, Colonel Fitzwilliam, through young love and marriage It is absorbing It is intoxicating It is excellent Jane Austen Today In Sons and Daughters , the second book in the family saga, we experienced the Darcy and Fitzwilliam children growing from birth to young adulthood I promise that you ll find it irresistibly juicy, bursting to the seams with wit and character Austenprose WonderfulIt s always great fun to read a clever book by a talented and funny author Although the story is not a comedy, it s filled with so much humorous exchange that you can t help but be entertained Darcy and Elizabeth are getting older, as well as Fitzwilliam and his wife, Amanda All of their children are grown, most married, and some grandchildren The Darcy Fitzwilliam clan are the most irreverent, contentious, down to earth bunch in this tale As the title indicates, most of the focus WonderfulIt s always great fun to read a clever book by a talented and funny author Although the story is not a comedy, it s filled with so much humorous exchange that you can t help but be entertained Darcy and Elizabeth are getting older, as well as Fitzwilliam and his wife, Amanda All of their children are grown, most married, and some grandchildren The Darcy Fitzwilliam clan are the most irreverent, contentious, down to earth bunch in this tale As the title indicates, most of the focus is on love affairs happening to some of the many offspring. It still surprises me, even after this third book in the series, what a motley bunch the Fitzwilliams are There are eight children from the Colonel and Amanda, and they all seem to be extremely rambunctious andthan a little wicked at times The Colonel is portrayed as very gruff but loving, and just shy of being a little crazy.I deducted a star because of the portrayal of the Darcy daughter, Anne Marie Her story is featured heavily here, as a grieving widow who just recently lost her husband and gave birth to a daughter, almost within days of each other She comes back to live with her mom and dad in London, and during certain events there, she acts like a madwoman I know the author was probably trying to go for a comic effect, but she ends up making this character just look very unstable I ended up not liking her, when I think she s supposed to be a sweet and intelligent girl.Aside from that the book is well written and well edited, and very entertaining.I recommend it highly Very well doneI love the banter between the main characters in this series Neither stodgy or full of way to noble perfection usually seen in P P fiction, instead life and love leap from the page. Last of the series, and the least liked by me The story was rather dreadful and sad I wish I hadn t have read it As stated before, D And F do not die at the end but the story has very little to do with them It is about there children but egads, I don t want to know anything about them now It is almost to the point of make it stop. Very realThe relationships between the characters are interesting and very well written A very interesting story that I can t wait to see continued. I would have loved to been able to give this 5 stars because I really did enjoy the book The only thing that made me give it 4 stars the fact that there wasinformation, nothing graphic, about sex between some characters than I prefer The writing was great and it was nice to see some characters in the regency era with flaws, to seeof the real regency life than the rose colored one presented most of the time You got to see people who were imperfect but human And the banter between I would have loved to been able to give this 5 stars because I really did enjoy the book The only thing that made me give it 4 stars the fact that there wasinformation, nothing graphic, about sex between some characters than I prefer The writing was great and it was nice to see some characters in the regency era with flaws, to seeof the real regency life than the rose colored one presented most of the time You got to see people who were imperfect but human And the banter between Darcy and his cousin Fitzwilliam was hysterical as usual
